Taking meeting notes

  1. Either directly on the Meeting Notes DB or on the embedded meetings notes view a "Guild" or "Project Page click "New" and select "Meeting Note Template"
  2. Change the title of the meeting note using form gulid/project - topic - yyyy-mm-dd
  3. Fill out associated guild(s) and/or Project
  4. Link to previous meeting (if exists) using /link to page slash command

Creating and managing project pages

(See video tutorial below for more information)

  1. On Projects, click "New" and select "Project Template" as the template
  2. Go through the included checklist and fill out the project information
  3. Add yourself as a contributor in ‣
  4. Specify the project champion in the Project page property
  5. If you are a Project Champion or Contributor, feel free to add/edit/remove any of the template sections and "make it your home", except for the "Meetings Notes" and "Contributors" sections.
