Create a tracker wiki page by duplicating the Season 1 Nominations & Election Tracker.
Determine the nomination & voting periods (generally two consecutive weeks).
Create an announcement on #gov-discussion-public that summarizes the process and timelines. Provide a clear call-to-action for nominations inside of the public channel.
