The mbd guild is focused on two primary things. Firstly, bringing ecosystem partnerships to DAO initiatives for collaboration and funding. Secondly, driving growth of the DAO in terms of members, contributors, and audience. Both of these will require close collaboration with other guilds in the DAO. This proposal is a request for a guild budget to reward contributors to mbd guild.
mbd is now operating and supporting DAO objectives. We have around ~10 active contributors and would like to onboard many more. Having clear compensation infra in place and budget allows contributors to feel confident in dedicating their time.
Mbd guild operates based on initiative and partner champions at present. each contributor also takes on other components of strategy and coordination to drive outcomes. So we believe that the best way to structure compensation is to have guild members commit # of days per month and be compensated on this basis. The proactive and monthly fixed amount gives contributors stability and allows them to commit to being ongoing active contributors. At the end of each month they should submit number of days worked (can be as low as 0.5) and be paid out on this basis.

We need the budget to factor in current active contributors and enable for onboarding of the next 5-10 contributors. Perhaps we budget 20 hours monthly on average and multiply by 10, to get to a budget...?
