Purpose

The following refers to Steward Council, but the recent changes in the DAO make Stewards and Coordination calls separate. I am leaving the description for Stewards Council, but also try to create objectives for the Coordination calls.

The Steward Council has the following objectives:

• Keep track of ongoing Governance Proposals
• Ensure Governance Proposals follow templates and guidelines
• Review, comment and suggest improvements to inflight Governance proposals
• Identify and triage overlaps and conflicts in Governance proposals
• Define the DAO’s Seasonal (Quarterly) strategy, including setting DAO-level OKRs
• Define DAO level budgets (Foundation costs and Treasury assets available for budget requests)

The DAO-wide Coordination Call has the following objectives:

• Keep every DAO initiative up to date with updates from each other
• Strategize on how to achieve synergies between DAO initiatives
• Ensure that every DAO initiative receives the feedback and support that it needs

Desired outcomes for the meeting

1. Generate shared context across the DAO
2. Unblock people trying to GTD
3. Improve coordination between different groups
