A Starboard is like democratic pins

What does this bot do?

The Starboard bot monitors the channels in our guild's category for messages with ⭐  reacts. When a message receives 3 or more ⭐  reacts, the bot "pins" the message to our Starboard (the #⭐starboard channel).

This allows us to collectively build a shared "digest" channel where anyone can find the most-starred messages sent on our Discord server!

Why do we have this bot?

This bot allows us to democratically collect the best Discord message in our guild in our Starboard. We all get to find the best content while users that produce great content are rewarded with attention!

How do I use the bot?

If you want a message to appear on our Starboard, react to it with a ⭐ (star). Once the message has 3 or more ⭐  reacts, the bot will pin it to our Starboard.

Bot Settings

• Language: English
• Starboard Channel: #⭐starboard
• Required # of ⭐s: 3
• Required to remove: 2
  • This means that if a message is added to the Starboard but the number of ⭐  reacts drops to 2, the bot will remove the message from the Starboard
