@ropats: hoping we can have one last internal call about the Tephra partnership today to create our own supporting document with the following outlined:

• What Tephra will gain from School of Code (not just what they have put in their proposal/ there are some unmentioned benefits that they will receive). They get automatic access to one of the DAO’s flagship projects (which is an amazing initiative) and our members, and our prestige.
• How these fit into season 1 goals of school of code and what extra effort/ hours would be required for each ask
• What tasks, if any do not sit well with the values of school of code
• What is the expected happy ground that school of code thinks would be fair for both parties to retain their values in a harmonious way
• What value they are actually returning (mentioned and unmentioned in their proposal)
• What school of code thinks is fair compensation for each ask
