Get Involved

Currently we are trying to identify which services our DAO project teams are in need of, in the area of product management. Current areas being explored:

  1. Market and competitor analysis
  2. Facilitate and empowering teams to perform product visioning, strategizing, and prioritisation (includes providing tools, frameworks, templates)
  3. Coordination across DAO projects (in terms of both product vision, value propositions, impact on overall DAO user experience, visual design)

We are looking for willing teams to do trial runs with, to see if these areas are indeed where we can bring value to the teams.

As a Product Guild Member

  1. Come say hi in the #product-guild channel!
  2. Check out our project overview and RFC drafts (see Quick links above) to learn more about the Product Guild
  3. Add yourself as a contributor (bottom of this page)
  4. Find an identified product guild project under the “Product Guild Projects” database
    1. If the project is currently unsupported, reach out to the client POC and kickstart needs definition for the client
    2. If the project is underway and supported, reach out to the current product guild member and get collaborating :D

As a Project Team looking to Collab

  1. Come say hi in the #product-guild channel!
  2. Tell us more about your project by filling up our project template and questionnaire!
    1. Head to our “Product Guild Projects” database
    2. Duplicate the “Project Template + Starting Questionnaire” page
    3. Fill in the Starting Questionnaire, which will help both your team and the Product Guild identify how we can help!
  3. Once the above is complete, product guild members will reach out to you!
