The Problem

Summary

Quick summary of the problem, project, and why we are doing this.

A job board to connect web3 talent with web3 opportunities. Everyone has the freedom to do all sorts of things in the job board, everyone can create job/gig postings, everyone can apply to job/gig postings, everyone can be a part of an organization, and whatnot.

💡 Potentially gets rid of unnecessary overhead (i.e. changing profiles, signing up with other wallets when they decide they want to hire people, or when they decide they wanna look for gigs, etc.)

This job board should allow people to find meaningful work, new opportunities, and helping organizations find the talent they need.

Objectives

What are we trying to get out of this? How do the users benefit?

Key Results

What are the measurable, quantifiable results that we can use to measure the success of this project? (Think: adoption, engagement, retention, business goals)

  1. Adoption — Number of job-seekers signed up
  2. Adoption — Number of recruiters signed up
  3. Engagement — Number of job applications
    1. To help contextualize, also look at the frequency distribution of job-seekers’ applications. Ideally we’d look for distribution out the curve to more applications per seeker, maybe even a sweet-spot of not too few (just trying, disengaged), not too many (pray-n-spray, spam)
  4. Engagement — Number of job postings
