Overview

Trusted products or services the DAO can recommend to its Members - and our wider community - to address a specific problem, want or need.

Examples include:

• Preferred RPC
• Preferred Wallet
• Preferred Exchange

Preferred partners should sit on the product and service layer rather than the protocol layer. The aim is to provide builders with trusted tools to build a more equitable future, not dictate where or how that is built.

We prefer to engage Protocols in Hackathons to provide incentives to build on or with protocols rather than influence that choice.

How does the model work?

The Developer DAO is a community of builders.

Each quarter, the DAO provides a structured and consistent experience for the community that is equivalent to a typical customer journey:

Awareness > Consideration > Acquisition > Retention > Advocacy

VIBES > LEARN > BUILD > GOVERN

Along this journey, the community has many touchpoints with the DAO.
