Partner leads are the main connection between Developer DAO and partner organisations. Typically, partners will have one or two people who are primarily responsible for their activities with Developer DAO, known henceforth as the Points of Contact (PoCs).

Responsibilities
- Find opportunities for mutually beneficial activities between D_D and partner orgs.
- Ensure that obligations to partner organisations are fulfilled by the appropriate people throughout the DAO, e.g. Dev-Rel Team, Blog Team, Newsletter, etc.
- Help PoCs understand their obligations, such as providing product information, graphics, and copy necessary to enable fulfilment; Collecting said info and getting it into the right hands at D_D
- Relate important info shared by PoCs to the relevant people in the DAO, such as on MBD weekly syncs. e.g. Opportunities for partnership, feelings about DevRel deliverables or pricing, opportunities for D_D members.
- Send invoices to partners using D_D’s invoice template, and follow up with accounts payable PoCs and accounts receivable D_D operators to ensure payment is received.
- Get approval from MBD core team before initiating any agreements with partners that obligates D_D to new deliverables.
- Introduce PoCs to relevant D_D members by inviting those members to the partnership chat
Who can be a partner lead?
- Must be a Member
- Must receive an endorsement from at least one other Partnership Lead
