Notes from Proposal Q&A:

Question hoping to solve: what should be required of paid contributors? Proposal started there and tried to define roles & responsibilities around these DAO Operators. Need to support work from the guilds in a bottom-up manner.

Hopes to ensure the absolutely essential functions of the DAO (back office, legal, compliance, AR/AP) and other intended core functions relating to the mission, values, and goals of the DAO are defined. Q: Is more than one person responsible for these roles? How would defined compensation be handled if so?

If a group would like to nominate themselves for a single role, they can do so and would be expected to define the compensation split strategy in the nomination.

Q: Who are the budget stewards and what is their role in the DAO Operators proposal?

The budget stewards are founding team (6 members) + top 5 early contributor coordinape vote receivers. They are responsible for endorsing nominations. Endorsed nominees will go to a DAO wide vote for the roles.

Q: Is the timeline shown on the forum voting proposal still up-to-date?

We are 2 days behind schedule. Nominations are due Friday (6/24) instead of today (6/22).

Q: What are the agreements as mentioned in: Agreements executed with at least one subsidiary initiative (e.g. pixeldevs, web3con) and one affiliate initiative (e.g. p3rks, DAO Agency)

Subsidiaries examples are School of Code, Blog, web3con. Affiliate: p3rks, DAO Agency.

We need to have clarity around what resources are available to them, what they can and cannot do, and how they are allowed to engage with 3rd parties. This KPI looks to have the templates for these types of agreements created and executed with third parties.
