After filling the Application Form, a series of interviews will take place, to know the applicant and see if he/she is fit for Agency.
First Interview. Interview with the Talent Coordinator to ensure that the candidate is aligned with our vision, mission and values. After the interview, the candidate will receive an email communicating if the candidate moves to the next round.
Second Interview. This part of the process is divided into two different branches depending if the candidate has a technical or non-technical background.
The second round interviewer may request a follow-up coding challenge or business case study if they need more data points.
DAO Vote. If both interviewers approve, the Talent Coordinator will create a Snapshot vote for approval.
