Summary

• Specific Operator Role focused on channelling and leveraging the entrepreneurial spirit of D_D members and building the steps & internal processes for them to learn how to build profitable/valuable products that push the ecosystem further.
• Kick off the basis for a D_D Fund to put working capital/human effort over those products.
• Entrepreneurial oriented community build up and consolidation. (Leverage & consolidate works and processes from D_D to D_D Agency as that)
• Professionalise, leverage and document the effort made behind Agency curating, building up and turning it into an entrepreneurship program that will leverage direct value to D_D, and side value to Agency.

Motivation

The actual main D_D value I have perceived is the capacity of the community and the ability of the collective D_D brand to attract a wonderful group of people with an immense desire to learn and participate in this technology.

Already validated is that the DAO is able to channel a community and fund its operations mainly as a result of sponsorship based on the value of impact distribution to companies that need access to this curated group of people and potential future workers.

On one hand I think this strategy holds in the short term but there is a need to build the next level in the value pyramid improve in the way D_D curates and trains the interested group of people. There is a need to get better at maintaining and distributing these people in the DAO and making the most out of the needs and capabilities of them.

One of the main values that have been the basis for the creation of Agency is the channeling and curating of those people who have that "drive" and the creation of an organisation capable of maintaining the values of D_D at the community level but at the same time creating the basis to be able to offer professional services and build new products but without losing the care and the values that D_D holds.

A couple of concepts were confirmed after these 6 months working on making Agency a reality:

• There is a lack of drive in the community, curating it is valuable.
  • To get the 20 out of the 80/20 rule is hard and requires human effort and time with people.
• Where there is drive, there is a lack of knowledge to channel that drive into profitable products and business.
