    • Under the new partnership model, we’re moving ahead with community voted-on grants rounds using a fork of ENS Small Grants
    • The goal is to have small grant rounds on the back of each academy course and possibly separate grant rounds either funding from the Treasury/Foundation profits or other partners that are not doing courses

  • Academy Roadmap
    • Open a chat with the Thirdweb team to co-create a roadmap for Academy using their platform. Goals is to scope this out and then submit grant proposals to fund the work.
    • Questions
      • Formulating roadmap
      • Staffing the project and ensuring we can deliver on promises
  • Plans for the CODE token
    • Spoke with Wormhole about adopting their standard Native Token Transfers
      • TLDR simple way to bridge the token to different chains with min overhead and tight controls (by the DAO) on how this all works
      • They’re up for supporting us with this work, potentially co-authoring grants proposals and planning an activation around the token migration
    • Other options
      • Use a canonical bridge - easiest
      • XERC20 - probs requires to much engineering work
