3. Fields can be changed:

Command Design

/channelmanager

• Description: Manage channel

• Subcomand

  1. /channelmanager set notification [channel]
  • Description: Set a notification channel
  • Para: channel
  • Usage: The notification channel will be used to send channel modification, like Channel Creation without description, some channel adding a description, etc.
  1. /channelmanager set archive [channel]
  • Description: Add an archive channel category to the setting
  • Para: channel
  • Usage: Once you add an archive channel category to the setting, channels under this category are out of moderation
  1. /channelmanager read
  • Description: Read current settings of channel management
  • Usage: Help you understand current configuration of channel manager
  1. /channelmanager init
  • Description: Initiate channel management
  • Usage: Init channel management — scanning all channels in the Discord, grabbing the last message and uploading results to database
  1. /channelmanager view

  • Description: Check current channel status

  • Usage: You have to run init first, and check its result. It outputs the results of scanning

    • When warning messages are sent, the status will be changed from Unsent to Sent, and become clickable, embedded with a link of the warning message

    

  1. /channelmanager broadcast
  • Description: Broadcast predefined messages to channels
  • Usage: After init, you can use this command to broadcast your warning messages, the bot will update status of channels and output results(eg, some channels are unreachable, which needs help from adim)
  1. /channelmanager send [channel]
  • Description: Send messages to a channel
  • Para: channel
  • Usage: Send warning message to a channel and update status

/set

• Description: Guild Setting
• Subcommand:
  1. /set access [role]
  • Description: Set access role of this bot
  • Para: role
  • Usage: Because some commands of our bot are sensitive, we have to set role access to execute commands
  1. /set read
  • Description: Read current guild setting
  • Usage: Read our setting

• Description: Help members grab current events.

  • query — Required

    • Guild and projects are listed. Choose an item for a query. You will receive the result only visible to you.

      Query Content

  • target — Optional

    • Make the query result public and mention the target user. Useful when member ask for kinds of resource
